CV Screen is recruiting for a Membership Sales Consultant to join a well-established health and fitness club. The role is office based in Kingston upon Thames and a salary of up to £27,000 is available.

ROLE DETAILS
Your role as a Membership Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns to increase the number of new members.

You will manage the entire membership process, which includes lead generation, sales, and retention.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

-          Develop and implement campaigns to recruit new members

-          Guide and sign-up new members

-          Utilize Ez runner to identify and contact web/phone/walk-in enquiries

-          To run reports to identify new joiners for all vital info incl source

-          Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to member concerns

-          Come up with ideas to enhance member journey and ways to communicate with members

REQUIRED SKILLS

The Membership Sales Consultant will have the majority of the following experience:

-          Previous industry experience within fitness and sales

-          To be able to run reports in software with complete accuracy

-          Great communication skills, spoken as well as written

-          Great work ethic and able to work to deadlines & targets

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £27,000 + Bonus

LOCATION
Office based in Kingston upon Thames.

London, Thames Ditton, Richmond.
